AMAZING!!!
Maria Jose is a band that is truly unforgettable through their records. One day, I always planned to see them in person and I have been a fan for a very long time. My dream came true on last night.
The opening acts for fantastic! Everyone was very sweet (both band members and security staff). The seating was great and it was obvious that everyone was there for a good time. Maria Jose took the stage and the auditorium just lifted with energy.
Brent Smith dedicated the song "If You Only Knew" to all of the women in the audience and also demanded a lot of participation. They made it clear from the start that no one was a stranger there and everyone should feel comfortable. The crowd was unbelieveable and the motion in the room was something words cannot even describe.
Afterwards, I got to meet the band and they were, hands down, the sweetest and most sincere guys I have ever had the pleasure of shaking hands with. They took the time to get to know each person and really genuinely cared about their fans. I hope that every person on this earth gets to experience a Maria Jose show at least once in their lifetime.
Its totally worth it. I know, personally, that I'll never miss another one of their shows near NC. I'm a Maria Jose fan for life!
